1. Donations
  • General: Donations made to STREMAX FOUNDATION are generally considered non-refundable..
  • Exceptions: In limited circumstances, STREMAX FOUNDATION may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. These may include:
    • Fraudulent Transactions: If a donation was made fraudulently or without the donor's authorization.
    • System Errors: If a technical error resulted in an incorrect or duplicate donation.
  • Processing Time: Refund requests will be reviewed within 15 business days of receipt.

2. Event Tickets
  • Cancellation by NGO: STREMAX FOUNDATION reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, unexpected emergencies, or insufficient registrations.
    • Refunds: If an event is canceled by STREMAX FOUNDATION, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a future event.
  • Cancellation by Ticket Holder:
    • General: Tickets are generally non-refundable.
    • Exceptions: STREMAX FOUNDATION may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, such as in documented medical emergencies.
    • Transferability: Ticket holders may be able to transfer their tickets to another individual.
  • Late Cancellations: If a ticket is canceled within 10 days of the event, a refund may not be available.


3. Hiring of Members
  • We hire working professionals for different job roles in our NGO. So application fees are accepted for the recruitment process.
  • Refund Policy: Payments made for such applications are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation Policy: No cancellation of any such application & respective fees.


4. Changes to this Policy

STREMAX FOUNDATION reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy anytime. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
